Who we are & what we do

Weschedule.org is a collective of Assistant Directors with years of international experience in film production. From breaking down scripts to creating calendars, stripboards and schedules, our goal is to assist you in the challenging process of bringing your script to life.

Our services are intended to both production companies and independent filmmakers to help you develop a preliminary yet realistic shooting schedule and budget, based on your priorities.

Final Draft Formatting

A good script is paramount when it’s time to share your creative work, but at times an otherwise good story can cause a headache if not properly formatted... We can reformat your script into Final Draft to make it instantly shareable with other industry professionals and your film crew.

Assigning a 1st AD to your project

We can also entirely follow your project, assigning a 1st AD to it from pre-production to production. (Rates for this service will be based on a weekly rate and will be discussed directly with the person you want to work with and/or their agent.)

Feature Films

Standard. 4 working days
Full Speed. 3 working days (add 30% to the final quote)
High Speed: 2 working days: (add 40% to the final quote)

TV Series

2 working days for Pilot or single Episode
10 working days for entire serie

Advertising

1 working day for 30” Single Ad (Storyboard or Script)

These are Smart-Working Rates* for a Preliminary Breakdown & Schedule to kickstart your Pre-Production, studied to give you the most flexible quotes on the market. All prices include VAT.

Feature films: 2000€
Tv series: 1000€ for Pilot / Single Episode
Tv series: 5000€ for a full Season (10 Episodes) / 4500€ for full Season (8 Episodes)
Advertising: 400€ for 30” storyboard / script

15% discount to all new clients.

Indiebox: 20% discount to all feature film till 1M budget.

For a Tentative Budget, Final Draft Reformatting, or if you require a combination of our services, we have awesome package deals for you, give us a shout and we’ll find the right solution.



* By Smart-Working we intend working remotely (from home or office) only. Any in-person meetings, scouting etc. are not included and - if required - will be discussed separately, based on weekly wages.

Due to this broad experience in the world of entertainment, he has the unique capacity to envision the project as a whole and oversee the different phases of its production with knowledge and pragmatism.

Davide Sacchetti

FOUNDER

Works in the film industry since 1999, mainly on international productions: he equally enjoys the challenge and variety of Feature Films, TV Series, Commercials and any type of job that involves creativity, scheduling and shooting. He is passionate about teamwork, cooperation and bridging gaps between different cultures.

He is passionate about teamwork, cooperation and bridging gaps between different cultures.

He began to gain his first work experience in film production at the “Filmakademie Ludwigsburg” in Germany. In 2001 he’s back in Italy, where he followed multiple foreign productions first as assistant director and then as production manager.

Gwyn’s professional career started in London in the late 90’s, working for some of the most prominent commercial production companies of the time. After a few years in the business, Gwyn began to participate in feature film productions, working his way up the professional ladder until he was involved in projects of the highest level both as an assistant director and a producer. In the past decade Gwyn has worked for some of the most prominent, award winning names in the industry and is continuing to do so today.

Gwyn Sannia

Into International Film Industry since 1998, a versatile film crew member who keeps on doing it as it was the first time but more experience – the ability to stick to the director’s visions without ignoring the due respect for who on top, make it all possible. Comfortable on set but happy to organize the impossible on the next day, script doctor when the project fancies me and Script breaker in French, Italian, and English with special attention to continuity.

Gilles Cannatella

Gwyn’s professional career started in London in the late 90’s, working for some of the most prominent commercial production companies of the time. After a few years in the business, Gwyn began to participate in feature film productions, working his way up the professional ladder until he was involved in projects of the highest level both as an assistant director and a producer. In the past decade Gwyn has worked for some of the most prominent, award winning names in the industry and is continuing to do so today.
Lydia as been an AD for 25 years and a first AD for 18. She has experience in feature film, television drama of all budgets, comedy and commercials. She is UK based and primarily works in London, but has worked on international projects. Lydia enjoys all elements of the job, but scheduling is her passion: no shoot works without a good schedule!

Terry has worked with some of the biggest, award winning Directors/Dops & Actors in the world. He has filmed in lavish and difficult location all around the world, always bringing his knowledge, professionalism and a sense of humour when needed to keep the crew going.
